Donna Gustafson is a certified Project Manager, city councilor, and dedicated advocate for local vitality and civic engagement. As President of the City Club, she leads efforts to support small businesses, strengthen Main Street, and build a more connected, inclusive Forest Grove.
Donna also serves in elected leadership roles with the National League of Cities, where she contributes to national policy conversations on community and economic development. As a recognized Municipal Diplomat, she builds international partnerships that reflect Forest Grove’s values while opening doors for innovation, cultural exchange, and economic opportunity.
