Heather Rhoade is owner and operator of Willow & Ash on Main Street.
She is a longtime Forest Grove resident, and lives with her husband, Harry and teen daughter - who is heading to college next year. Heather‘s background is in public relations and administration, so that tends to dovetail nicely with owning and operating a small retail business. She loves Forest Grove, and wants to see it thrive for both tourism and business.
